Each and every dish combines inspirational flavours with beautiful presentation, using seasonal ingredients and quality produce with full traceability.

To complete your menu, our interesting and evolving wine list has been compiled with the assistance of Gerard Basset OBE, Master of Wine to feature a wine to suit every dish.
